It’s never too early to start your little one in sport. The Little Warriors train once per week where they learn skills such as ball work, teamwork, and hard work! Our coaches are specialists with the smallies, with professional and organized trainings planned each Saturday. Mini rugby is an exciting time for your child to develop their love of the game. Our coaches introduce the game of tag rugby in the early years, enhance the skills of your child through the middle years, and prepare the athletes for the next step and graduation to contact all through fun and interactive games.

Contact rugby isn’t for everyone and at the Warriors, it is our intention to have as many people playing rugby as possible. We love the game, and we hope your daughter finds her love for rugby in some form of rugby as well! Quick rip rugby is a fast-paced game that relies on ball and positional skills of the girls. As defending league champions, we have a lot to prove this upcoming season. Our qualified coaches will certainly provide technical, challenging, and proficient trainings to help your child reach their potential.

Starting in U9 your child will enter contact rugby. Our coaches work diligently with your child to focus on key safety points in the tackle as well as the breakdown areas and general game play. Throughout their midi career, your child will gain an understanding of the game of rugby, enhance their skills and learn set pieces, scrummaging and lineouts.
